Check out this section to find your Zodiac power foods and beneficial dietary plan. Yes, you will notice there is some overlap between the elemental categories eg). Fire Signs in general benefit from spicy foods; so long as they are not overly fired up already! Water signs need water based foods and sea foods are great for added nutrition. Earth signs respond well to root vegetables or anything grown in the ground. Whilst Air signs may enjoy quite dry, crisp foods and the odd Aero Bar! Zodiac signs ruled or influenced by the same planet may also have some overlap. Your power foods are almost like medicine to your system; though remember to get the balance right. Rotate your foods for optimum health benefits and do not ever fixate on one particularly favourite (you are likely to be intolerant to such a food!). Always follow your intuition and eat what your body requires from day to day; even if it is an occasional burger! You need to feel cool and happy about your diet; not that it’s like some form of prolonged torture of avoidance. But do be a little bit disciplined and draw the line at over indulgence.

Good food is vital to your life source and equilibrium. You need to keep well stoked up to feed all that surplus energy. Eat regularly and don’t scrimp on any major food group. You require a well balanced, full bodied diet in order to function at your best. Potent foods like Meat, Beans, Nuts, Bread and Pasta serve you well. Your Arian constitution copes well with Junk food; and you rarely suffer from indigestion. But that’s NO excuse! You are active, love to keep busy, and find it easy enough to burn off the fat. Don’t be tempted to over-tax your system though; or you will eventually succumb to middle aged spread and a beer belly! If you choose to lay-off the meat, that’s fine; for your constitution also copes well with a vegetarian diet. Just remember to keep your protein intake high (beans and pulses etc). Your fiery nature adores Curries, Spices, Mexican dishes, and Fried food. Don’t over do it though, and calm things down with plenty of cool fluids (not too much beer!)….

POWER foods: Ginger, Horseradish, Red Pepper, Chillies, Leeks, Onions, Garlic, Mustard, Watercress, Paprika, Beer, Tomatoes, Juniper, Milk Thistle, Nettle, Rhubarb, Peppermint.

With your tendency to plod along, you are prone to laziness and inertia. Inclined to comfort eat; you put on weight easily. Lack of exercise only makes matters worse. Be careful to avoid rich foods, particularly Dairy Products. If you can supplement Dairy with Soya replacements containing added calcium, your waistline will greatly benefit. Many of the world’s large, big, and beautiful are Taurean: you get the picture? But the Zodiac old bull is reluctant to give up its pleasure zone and usually accepts the consequences of overeating: what are a few extra pounds amongst friends? If you do wish to lose weight a vegetarian regime suits you. Even a diet of Fish and Chicken with plenty of Fruit and Vegetables does the trick. But many Taurus bulls love their Red Meat, and are most unlikely to make such a sacrifice. If you love your Dairy and Sweet foods, make sure that you boost good cholesterol levels with a high intake of Porridge, Dark Chocolate, Lethicin and Cranberry Juice.

POWER foods: Cereals, Berries, Spices, Beans, Cloves, Mint, Gooseberries, Thyme, Rosemary, Olives, Apples, Pears, Grapes, Rhubarb, Green Beans, Cherries, Cabbage,

You burn up fat much more quickly than most people, but this doesn’t mean that you should over do it. Your system does not tolerate overload and you should not overtax your digestion with too much heavy food. You need light, nutritious fare, little and often for optimum health. Watch out for that sweet tooth and don’t indulge your penchant for sticky puddings too often. Do avoid meals and drinks with additives: you are already wired too the moon and quite hyper enough! Eat plenty of Protein, for this has a grounding effect and strengthens you. Meat, Nuts, Fish, Eggs and Beans work well for you. But do be very careful with Dairy Products. The calorific content you can handle; it’s the affect of dairy on the lungs that does you a great disservice. If you have asthma or breathing difficulties avoid Dairy products like the plague. They form mucus on the lungs and compound these problems. Remember too that Apple juice is very good for desensitizing the airways.

POWER foods: Carrots, Dill, Marjoram, Valerian, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Oats, Fish, Licorice, Apricots, Squash, Tumeric, Peanuts, Most Nuts and most Vegetables (except Cabbage!).

Being Cancer, you have an extreme love of Dairy laden profoundly sweet puddings. One of the Zodiac’s main Chocoholics, you can not contemplate a diet that does not include your daily fix. I’m sure you already know all about it; but these foods make you highly susceptible to excess stomach acid. Keep the Rennies and Gaviscon handy if you’re not willing to cut down on such indulgences. You will certainly know all about it if you don’t limit such heavy foods! If you were born on a Full Moon, you will be even more likely to retain weight if you eat the wrong foods; so try to find out the position of the Moon at your time of birth (or perhaps you can already see the evidence around your waist!). Ruled by the Moon and connected to the sea, you need to keep up your daily intake of Water. Drink plenty, but not with your meals or you will hamper your digestion. A glass of water half an hour before a big meal will help you eat less food, if you can not face a proper diet!

POWER foods: Cabbage, Pumpkin, Cucumber, Seaweeds, especially Kelp, Mangoes, Bananas, Mushrooms, Melon, Strawberries, Watercress, Lettuce, Melon, Pumpkin, Turnip.

The king of the Zodiac beasts can not survive on meagre rations. You are a proud, regal creature who needs the best of everything. If money were no object you would dine out every night and eat caviar for breakfast! A natural carnivore, your intake of foods is likely to be high in protein and rich in fat. You also have a hearty appetite, and tend to eat for two. Sometimes you are inclined to be lazy, and if your stomach is over laden with fodder, you’re not inclined to waddle far. Exercise has to be a part of your regime if you want to keep your pride in tact. Your fine appearance is part of your appeal, after all! You put weight on easily; whilst too much fat and sugar puts your heart under strain. Drink plenty of Cranberry Juice and eat Porridge regularly to keep good cholesterol levels high. A vegetarian diet makes you feel short-changed, and you were never any good with half measures. If you ever want to lose weight cut out the cream and high fat stodge.

POWER foods: Olives, Citrus Fruits, Almonds, Saffron, Cornmeal, Pineapple, Mangoes, Honey, Cinnamon, Bananas, Meat, and most Vegetables with high Iron content.

Being Virgo, you are likely to be a fussy eater. You can not cope with huge meals laden with intense protein. Grazing suits your sensitive digestion and intestinal system. Be careful to avoid the foods you are intolerant to; but be aware that a lot of your faddy habits are pointless. You probably are not allergic to everything under the sun! Being so aware of your health can have a positive or negative effect. You are disciplined about what you put into your mouth; but you also stress too much. Worry of course, plays havoc on your ability to digest food! A diet that is high in carbohydrates suits you, though try to go for grains like Spelt, Rye and Barley if you can not tolerate Wheat. A huge variety of Fruit and Vegetables keeps you sweet. But make sure you rotate your foods to guard against sensitivities that may develop if you overdo things. Let ‘little and often’ be your maxim and you won’t go far wrong. Just don’t overload your system with toxins (additives and gluten).

POWER foods: Parsnips, Green Beans, Parsley, Carrots, Watercress, Dill, Marjoram, Mint, Caraway Seeds, Alfalfa, Brown Rice, Potatoes, Roots Vegetables, Fish and most Nuts (similar to Gemini, also ruled by Mercury).

Naturally enough, you thrive on good food. For the best quality produce, your fruit and vegetables should be organically produced. Simple recipes and styles suit your system well: anything too fussy just smacks of pretension. Not that you are adverse to posh meals. It’s just that you like to know what you’re eating and where it’s come from. You are quite prone to weight gain if you over do the good life. Understandably you love a good quality wine with your meal; but endless candle lit dinners are bound to hit the waist line eventually! Your strong drive to retain your good looks and gorgeous appearance usually keeps you in check. Though if you become complacent in life or in your relationships, you may become rather cuddly if not rotund! You love sweet things and you are another of the Zodiac’s chocoholics. Belgian Chocolates hit the spot, but then tend to produce them on your face! Lighten things up with tasty vegetarian food; you don’t really need much meat.

POWER foods: Basil, Cinnamon, Raspberries, Blackberries, Artichokes, Sorrel, Pennyroyal, Pears, Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Dates, Fruits and Milk, Starchy foods, Sugar, (similar to Taurus, also ruled by Venus).

For optimum health you need a wide and varied diet. Like Leo, you should not restrict your protein intake. You do not particularly benefit from a vegetarian or vegan diet as you thrive on the extra oomph that meat bestows. Balance is important though and you probably do need to up your intake of vegetables and fruit. You tend to think you have eaten enough when you tackle a juicy prime Rump Steak. But you do need to eat its accompaniments too! Make sure you have an abundant salad and at least three types of vegetables per day. If you can’t face a multitude of Apples; get the Smoothie habit. Smoothies are a great way to up your fruit consumption. One for breakfast will set you up for the day. Mix Berries with Bananas, Orange and Wheatgrass for a real kick!  Stodgy cakes and breads may not be your thing, so make sure you get your carbohydrates from Rice, Oatcakes, and Porridge with Honey. Spanish Omeletes are a painless way to boost your veg. consumption.

POWER foods: Watercress, Kelp, Brown Rice, Aloe Vera, Beets, Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, Carrots, Brazil Nuts, Tomatoes, Spices especially Cayenne, Paprika, and Chillli, (similar to Aries).

English Asparagus

Boy do you love your food! General abstemiousness is so not you. Thankfully you expend a large amount of energy running from place to place. Your system is quite hyper and you can cope with a certain amount of overload. But quite often, you do feel off colour because of over indulgence. Do learn not to overdo the animal produce, for an excess of protein is liable to make you hot and sweaty! Indeed if you really over do things over time, you may be at risk from high blood pressure, and shortness of breath. Don’t assume you can get away with eating what you like for ever. Be sensible and disciplined with your choices, at least some of the time. You are not the most health conscious of the Zodiac signs, and tend to think you can eat whatever you feel like with no repercussions. Curries, spicy foods and fried platters are probably your favourites; but do make sure you up your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink more Water and lay off the Spirits. Balance holds the key…

POWER foods: Asparagus, Mint, Olives, Dandelion Leaves, Mulberries, Hawthorn, Rosehip, Chestnuts, Maple Syrup, Sage, Thyme, Nutmeg, Celery, Leeks, Tomatoes, Cinnamon.

Your digestive system can be somewhat sluggish and you do not digest big heavy meals easily. Sometimes your eyes settle on something your stomach just can’t handle. You love food in theory; but must learn what suits you and what doesn’t. As you grow older, your appetite becomes heartier; but Capricorn children can be quite a pain to cook for! Fussy eaters all, Capricorn needs to learn the habit of grazing for optimum health. If you really can not face big meals, acquire a taste for healthy titbits like Nuts and Raisins. Soups, Smoothies, and Casseroles present food in an easily digested form. Try to steer clear of high protein dairy rich dishes that will lie on your stomach for about a week! If you can handle Salads learn to create elaborate platters with Fish or Chicken and 101 types of lettuce. Drink plenty as you are prone to dehydration and choose foods that are light on the stomach but pack a punch on the energy system. Root vegetables and fruits ground you and fill you up!

POWER foods: Raisins, Beech Nuts, Pine Nuts, Barley, Turnips, Sloes, Tamarind, Spinach, Carrots, Beets, Malt, Meat, Starchy Foods, Rye, Onion.

You are quite likely to get into bad habits with your eating. Once you find a meal or two you love, you are inclined to stick to it, until you realise you have eaten the same thing for about a month! You are also quite eccentric in your tastes. A picky eater, you can be quite strict with yourself about what you should or shouldn’t eat. To give you credit, you usually go for healthy choices; but you probably don’t get enough variety in your diet. Remember there are many different foods out there you usually don’t even consider! So don’t be lazy in your choices. Do supplement your food intake with a good quality muti-vitamin though. If you are not allowed to eat certain foods for medical reasons, you tend to become over meticulous about everything on the menu. You are inclined to get quite rundown through not eating enough. Make sure your diet packs a punch and get into foods that nourish your brain power. Introduce more Fish, Nuts and Cod Liver Oil and ease off the dairy products.

POWER foods: Oily Fish, Coconut, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Sunflower Seeds, Carrots, Licorice, Caraway Seeds, Parsley, Wheatgerm, Apples and Citrus Fruits, Dried Fruits and Frozen Foods (similar to Taurus)

Being an emotional sign, you can be quite erratic in your eating patterns. You may adore a particular food one minute and go off it suddenly, the next. You’re the Zodiac fish that swims in two different directions. So your reactions and eating habits are inclined to be either one thing or the other. You alternate between two options in all things. If you are upset, you comfort eat; or else you can’t muster up an appetite at all. There is also an addictive streak to your personality which makes you inclined to fixate on certain foods. Watch that you don’t overdo the sugar, coffee or fizzy drinks and steer clear of bad habits. Your sensitive system is hyper reactive and you are quite likely to have food intolerances. Strong flavours and additives don’t do you any favours either. Keep your diet sensible and tuck into lots of plain and simple hearty home-cooking. Avoid pre-packaged dinners like the plague! Make sure you get a varied diet high in minerals, seafood and water content.

POWER foods: Watercress, Brown Rice, Cucumber, Dandelion, Poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Oily Fish, Seaweeds, Melon, Sea Foods and high Water content Fruits and Veg. (similar to Cancer).

Zodiac Foods: Suggested Menus for seducing your favourite Star Sign…

ARIES: Aries is not a food snob, and loves all kinds of gastronomic delights. Aries loves hot, heady flavours and is up for most things. This sign will try anything once. So you can safely follow your own preferences if they are not too sloppy, salady or sweet. Aries usually loves meat and spicy foods. But don’t go too mad and present something that takes the roof off your mouth. Eating is functional for the Ram and must satisfy the appetite completely. Serve up anything you need a microscope to see, and you’ll be calling in the Pizza boy later! Don’t bother with fiddly little dishes that wouldn’t feed a mouse! Food that sits in the middle of the plate, looks pretty, but merely titillates the taste buds does not impress Aries. A mountainous dish hits the spot. You don’t want to witness Aries chasing silly, sickly, slippery morsels with a fork. The Ram is not pushed on healthy eating and likes to tackle serious food with serious portions. Besides it all gets burned off in the bedroom, or the gym, so you can’t really lose.

Starters: Chipolatta Sausages, Scallions and Mash.

OR:  Garlic Bread and Beef Pate.

Main Course: Irish Stew and Dumplings.

OR: Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pud.

Desert: Rich Creamy Bread and Butter Pudding

    OR: Sherry Trifle…or both!

LEO: Leo loves food that has captured the essence of the sun. Mediterranean food, Fruit and hot dishes hit the spot for Leo. This is a decadent, extravagant sign, so you can afford to push the boat out. Serve up a dish fit for a King or Queen and you will be rewarded in kind. Rich sumptuous dishes go down a treat, but try to use dairy foods sparingly. OK it won’t hurt just once, but don’t make a habit of it or your Leo will conk out or fall asleep and won’t be fit for anything! Leo requires the best of everything. So if you are not up to the challenge go to the nearest posh restaurant and let them do the foody bit. Save up your energies for later. If your cooking is not Cordon Bleu standard, there is really no point. The Zodiac Lion has a huge appetite. So cook for a family of five, and don’t expect any leftovers. Typically the Lion may have to nap before they get down to business, which gives you time for the washing up. Yep the restaurant beckons!

Starters: Caviar and Oat Cakes.

OR:  Quail’s Eggs and Fresh Bread.

Main Course: Mediterranean Lamb and Spicy Vegetable Rice with Sweetened Carrot.

OR: Prime Rump Steak with Mushroom, Pepper and Onion Sauce.

SAGGITARIUS: This dynamic Fire sign loves to experiment and won’t really mind what you serve up. So long as you are on the menu for afters! Anything does and you will quite literally get away with anything. Go for it and cook what you like, for the Zodiac Archer appreciates freedom of expression and imagination. Even if you fail in your attempt you will feel like a winner! Concentrate on feisty hot dishes that are a challenge to eat. The most controversial Vindalo you can muster up is always worth a shot. This will capture the Sagittarian’s attention. Though do remember that if you are planning some action for afters, you might want to take it easy on the spices! Remember the Sagittarian has to quell the fire within and needs a drink or two, especially if you have gone mad with the chilli powder and garlic. Have plenty of larger and water on tap and expect to take your time with the ceremony of eating. It constitutes a philosophy and an art form for the hungry Sag: a serious business indeed!

      OR:  Nachos and Chilli Dip.

Taurus loves the finer things in life. Rich, heavy, fat laden foods hit the spot. Go easy on cholesterol forming substances! But little suggestions of indulgence are fine. Remember that too much excess expands the waistline and reduces sex appeal. So don’t rush through courses and stick to titbits if you are watching your figure…or someone else’s! Taurus is more prone to weight gain than most. But for special occasions a smidgin’ of decadence doesn’t hurt. Taurus loves to relax and take time over food. Background music, seductive aromas and a magnificent visual display set the scene. You may of course not get around to the food until you have reclined on the sofa or made use of the nearest bed! When you eventually start eating the following menu should do the trick…Oh and Taurus loves to use the body as a table!!!

      OR: Crème Brulle…

Fine Red fruity wines

Baileys Irish Coffee

VIRGO: This earth sign is sensible and possibly unimaginative when it comes to food. So prepare to cater for a faddy, fussy eater, who maybe quite critical of what you serve up! Make things easier on yourself and ask what food they like. It would be a shame to make a great secretive effort that blows up in your face. Virgo is appreciative of wholesome, healthy food and is very conscious of fibre intake. Copious amounts of earthy fruit and vegetables go down well. And this sign is quite likely to be vegetarian: Do find out! Carnivore Virgos is a rare breed that expects organic meat and fish straight from the local farm or nearest ocean. Try not to use foods out of the freezer, as short cut options don’t cut it with this perfectionist Zodiac Sign. Keep things tidy as you work and try to have most of the washing up done before you serve up, or your Virgo will be heading for the kitchen sink rather than the bedroom!

Starters: Bean Soup (Tomato and Basil base)

       OR: Nut Loaf and Salad.

Main Course: Stir Fried Fish and Vegetables with Wild Rice.

OR: Rainbow Trout and Root Vegetables.

Desert: Stewed Apples and Tangy Citrus Marscapone.

     OR: Frozen Fruit Yoghurt.

CAPRICORN: The Zodiac Goat is very practical and may not be too impressed if you have blown the monthly budget on a seduction bid. OK so Capricorn is not easily bought. But this sign is going to be suitably pleased you have made an effort. Mm, is it worth the bother? Possibly not! But if you do go for it, serve up functional food with a twist. Use your creative imagination and concoct your own dish, if you dare. But remember this Sign usually prefers recognisable food that hits the spot. Capricorn likes a healthy hearty choice and appreciates simple presentation. So you could do worse than traditional fare such as Steak, Peas, and Chips. A word of warning: The Goat has quite an appetite that is not easily satiated. Have plenty of food on standby and make sure that have energy left for the bedroom too. Don’t burn the food and don’t burn out making it!

Starters: Chicken Liver Pate and Bread Sticks.

       OR: Prawn Cocktail.

Main Course: Steak with Red Wine Sauce, Peas and Chunky Chips

OR: Salmon in Filo Pastry and Rich Cheese Sauce.

Desert: Black Forest Gateaux

     OR: Mars Bar Cheesecake.

Geminis are a bundle of nervous energy. So if you can get your partner to sit still long enough to savour a luxurious meal you’re doing well! Don’t expect the setting up of the menu and the planned seduction to go entirely to plan. Gemini’s are unpredictable live wires who change on a whim. It’s not that your hard work will go to waste. But don’t have mad expectations of how the evening should pan out. That’s your quickest way to head wreck, not the fast track to a heaven sent connection. Once you have done your bit, let Gemini take over and think it was all their idea. Then you’re on to a winner. Perform with the minimum fuss and you will get your just deserts! Never mind your best efforts; you can still expect Gemini to either eat rather quickly, or else pick at their food because they’re talking too much. It all depends on the day that’s in it…Still worth a shot though!

Starters: Crispy Avocado and Bacon Salad with Sesame Seed Rolls.

OR: Caesar Salad with Olive and Tomato Bread.

Main Course: Chicken Satay and Boiled Wild Rice with lightly roasted Seasonal Vegetables.

               OR: Rissotto and Mozarella

Desert: Melon and Fresh Grated Ginger with cream.

     OR: Blueberry Cheesecake.

Libra can be a fussy eater, but is usually grateful and interested by anything served up by you! Just don’t expect Libra to eat it if it’s too over the top! They might be impressed, but they won’t be hungry if you pull out Gordon Ramsey’s latest cookbook. So keep it simple and go for quality produce. Don’t scare off cautious Libra with anything too hot and spicy, though the milder flavours of some Mexican foods go down well. Serve up a selection of foods as Libra is picky and likes to put together their own plateful. Even the buffet bar of a kiddies tea party would do if you run out of imaginative ideas…Bring on sausages, pineapple and cheese on a stick, plus cucumber sandwiches and you’re laughing! Well, perhaps not. Oh, and Librans love to drink. So if all else fails have a good variety of wines and beer on tap: who needs to eat?

Starters: Thinly chopped Crudites of Carrot, Pepper, Cucumber, Celery with dips of cream cheese, garlic, Lemon and Tomato.

      OR:  Melon and Parma Ham.

Main Course: Mexicano Foods: Tacos, Nachos, Refried beans, Chilli, etc…

OR: Chicken and Apricot fruit curry, with Nan bread.

Desert: Strawberries and Ice cream.

    OR: Apple and Blackberry pie.

Aquarians love snacks of all descriptions. Yes, Aquarius is a veritable ‘pingler’! So use your imagination and tantalise those taste buds. This Air sign is quite lazy with food preparation and cooking. But this time you’re doing the work and laying on a spread. Just don’t expect to be given a hand. To be honest Aquarius is perfectly happy with anything you serve up. So if the menu is not coming together and you feel embarrassed by your efforts the nearest Pizza takeaway will do just fine! Aquarians love all kinds of fruit and especially enjoy Mediterranean food. They are also happy with food straight out the freezer, which is good to know for those days when you can’t be bothered! Having said that, Aquarius is very appreciative of any special effort you dare to make. Food is a token of love after all. So get busy and don your favourite chef’s hat and pinny…

Starters: Greek Salad.

OR: Mediterranean style Tomato and Olive bread with Gaspacho soup.

Desert: Fruit Salad.

OR: Orange and Lemon Sorbets with Ginger Snaps!

Cancerians love home cooking. So if you can perform in the kitchen just like mammy did, you’re in like Flynn! Comfort food is top of the list for this sign that craves homeliness and security. Make your Cancerian feel loved and treasured with a mound of Mash and you will be graciously rewarded later on! Cancerians actually make brilliant chefs themselves. But you don’t need to go Cordon Bleu to impress them…though it might help. The Zodiac Crab is impressed by fancy flavourings and well-seasoned food. So consult hip cookbooks for timely tips. Also foods with high water content provide good sustenance for this sea creature. But it is perhaps best to avoid serving up fellow Crustaceans! Steer clear of obscure seafoods that might turn the stomach of your Cancerian. Offend the senses of this Zodiac sign at your peril! It’s probably best to play safe: Back to the Bangers and Mash, so!

Starters: Avocado, Prawn and Mayonnaise Salad.

      OR: Salmon Mousse.

Main Course: Lemon Chicken and Potatoes with Cream and Onion Sauce.

               OR: Seafood Paella

SCORPIO: Scorpios are intense sensual creatures whose taste buds need to be stimulated by strong flavours and bold colours. Scorpio likes to whet and satiate the appetite with piping hot dishes. This Zodiac sign is more than up for healthy measures of garlic and ginger. Also deep, dark red dishes smack of seduction.

You are not likely to fail in your quest for seduction with Scorpio. For if this sign has accepted the invite you’re more than half way there already. Answer the door without a stitch on and you won’t even have to cook!

No Menu ~ Make it up or just have SEX!

PISCES: Pisces loves sea-food and will happily eat creatures of the deep, the shallows and possibly even the contents of the nearest rock pool! Any thing goes, so long as it is aquatic and breathes under water. Food for this Zodiac sign must be fresh and organic. For additives and pungent tastes upset the delicate constitution of Pisces. So long as it was caught, picked or harvested yesterday Pisces will eat it! Steer clear of  ‘E’ numbers and packaged foods if you want to seduce this Star Sign. The Zodiac fish also loves meat, though may have made a conscious decision to become vegetarian for 'right on reasons’. Do check whether or not your ‘target’ eats food that used to have a face before you serve up the best rump steak.  Deserts are no problem, since Pisces has the sweet tooth of a five-year-old. Anything goes, so long as it’s thick, creamy and stodgy!

Starters: Squid in Tomato and Garlic Sauce

OR: Lobster with Lemon and Butter.

Main Course: Ham and Pineapple with Roast Potatoes and Cheesy Veg.

OR: Swordfish in Garlic, Pepper and Cream Sauce.
